Thomas J. Moran, Jr. was born on April 23, 1965 in Brooklyn, NY to Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Moran. A graduate of Canarsie High School, Thomas earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from Brooklyn College, and had a successful career as a Physical Education Teacher for the NYC Board of Education. Thomas was an accomplished Songwriter, Performer and Entertainer, Daddy Rocker. He also created and edited, YouTube personalities: Brooklyn Tom and Eclectic Skies. Thomas was also a devoted Father, Son, and Brother. He also enjoyed adventuring with his RV.
Thomas J. Moran Jr. died suddenly at his home in Brooklyn, NY on June 12, 2018. His memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 24, 2018 at Guarino Funeral Home, 9222 Flatlands Avenue, Brooklyn New York, from 2pm to 5pm.
He is survived by his Mother, Diane and Sisters Robin, Kathy and Dawn, Brother Harry, Sons Jonathon and Thomas III, Fiancé Lucy Obarzanek, and Nieces, Mya and Marian, Rene, Rosemary and Audrey and Nephew, Jakob, Jimmy and Moishe, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his Father and Brother Michael.
Thomas was known throughout Brooklyn and will be missed by all.
